What is your ticket cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us as soon as possible. If your notification is received over 28 days prior to the start of the event, your payment will be refunded subject to a £5 administration fee per ticket. Notifications received within 28 days of the event will not be refunded unless the event is full and your place can be sold to the next person on the waiting list, in which case the administration fee will still apply. We aim to be a family friendly event so we don’t have a formal age limit, however if you are under 16, you are required to provide a completed and signed Parental Consent Form on arrival to the event. Children aged under 16 must attend with an older friend or relative.

If you are a parent sending your child, please ensure that they have everything they need for the event, including money for food and their PC with all of its associated peripherals (if they are participating in the event).

We are unable to provide these items or provide direct supervision of your child during the event.
